days, day 1 today
Badge required — all exhibitors, confirm on arrival Brand + booth environment in frame, not just people Discreet with attendees — finance crowd, ask before tight faces Trading League slots are the aftermovie's action backbone Vertical-safe framing in-camera for social cutdowns

Coverage split — Areh (stills) & Tsepo (video)

Both of you are covering the same floor in parallel all day — this isn't a rig split like a solo shoot, it's two dedicated mediums on the same schedule. Default posture: both in position for every Must block below, then split up for keynote/booth rotation during the open Rolling windows so you're not duplicating the same static coverage.

Trading League slots are the priority. There are 5 across the two days — competitor reactions, the leaderboard screen, crowd energy watching it. This is the strongest action material either of you will get all day, for both stills and the aftermovie.

Confirm before/at arrival

Break — the only real floor window before 6:30 PM
Not a listed session — likely lunch/networking gap. This and arrival are your only unstructured windows for booth branding, QR-scan candids and networking-lounge coverage; the rest of the day runs back-to-back.

Doors closed — wrap
Strike gear. Back up cards before leaving the venue.

On the afternoon reconstruction

10:00 AM–1:30 PM and the 3:30–4:30 PM Trading League slot are direct time-stamps from the organizer's manual — high confidence. Everything else from 1:30 PM onward is reconstructed by chaining each session's stated duration forward with zero gaps or overlaps, because the manual's table extracted with columns scrambled. The math lines up exactly (300 minutes of sessions fit 1:30–6:30 PM with no slack), so it should be accurate — but a 30-second glance at the on-site screens when you arrive will confirm it outright.
